Memorial Plaque of PC Keith Palmer is seen refreshed in flowers outside the House of Commons in central London on Monday, June 22, 2020. He was 48 when he was stabbed while on duty during the Westminster terror attack on 22 March 2017. He was one of five people murdered by Khalid Masood.
Andrew Banks, 28, of Stansted, Essex, said he had drunk 16 pints that day ahead of counter-demonstrations organised by the far-right groups to counter anti-racist protests organised by the Black Lives Matter movement in Britain. Police arrested Banks on suspicion of urinating at the Westminster memorial dedicated to PC Keith Palmer and he was given 14-day jail term for urinating near PC Keith Palmer plaque.
