American actor Johnny Depp has finished giving evidence after more than four intense days of his high-profile libel case against The Sun. Depp left the High Court in London, on Monday afternoon around 17:30/h o'clock.
Among the members of the press and curious members of the public, I also met with three fans of Depp.
Chloe Fawkes, 21, who works as a waitress from Reading said she became a fan of Jonny Depp since she was five, with the film "Pirates of the Caribbean." Along with her twin sister,, Ruby Fawkes 21 they said they're here to support Depp's efforts in the trial with love.
Chloe and Ruby also met with another young man Jack, 23 from London, who works in a bar. Jack said Depp had become his hero since he was eight. "I enjoy his characters and I relate by similar circumstances in my life," he said. Jack also said that he thinks he is funny, but he confirms "he is not."
For all three of them, this is the first day to be here. They all think they will be back for the final day.
Ruby, Chloe's twin sister wasn't a fan of Depp, but she said she was here to support her sister. Ruby is looking forward to a career in musical theatre as a singer. "Johnny Depp is an amazing actor," Ruby said.
Johnny Depp has told the High Court he lost $650m when former business managers "stole" his money. In his final day of giving evidence during his high-profile libel case against The Sun, the actor spoke about losing millions and also denied allegations of violence towards ex-wife Amber Heard during their honeymoon, at Thanksgiving in 2015 and after her 30th birthday party in 2016.
